These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Berrien County, Michigan.

You waive any objection to the jurisdiction or venue of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
